Manoj Saunik Appointed as the New Chairman of MahaRERA

Manoj Saunik, former Maharashtra chief secretary, appointed as chairman of Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), announced by the government. Saunik will assume charge after current MahaRERA chairman Ajoy Mehta retires on September 20. Saunik is married to Sujata Saunik, the current Maharashtra chief secretary.

MahaRERA was set up by the state government to regulate and promote the real estate sector in Maharashtra.
